DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY
If any items are damaged or faulty upon delivery, we must be notified within 7 days of receipt of your order. Returned goods will either be replaced or a credit will be issued when the first option is not applicable. We extend our returns period to a maximum of one season for faulty items returned by your customers; we do not require items to be returned by post as an image sent via email, clearly displaying the fault, will suffice. Therefore we will not credit postage for items sent back to us unless this has been discussed.
We are unable to replace items which show notable signs of tarnish and discolouration caused by perfume or sprays, and/or has any other suggestion of general wear and tear.
Credit notes are only able to be used on your future orders with us, within 6 months of its issue; refunds are not available.
We offer free next day delivery on orders over £300 (before VAT) to the UK, and free two day delivery to Ireland on orders over £1000 (before VAT).
For orders under this amount we charge £10 delivery, and this is next day delivery with DPD. To guarantee next day delivery, orders must be placed before 2.30pm.
International shipping is a flat rate of £25.
